Meetings

The Heathrow Passenger Forum meets quarterly, in person.

One or two of these meetings each year begin earlier to allow an airport ‘deep dive’ where the Forum will spend time, usually ‘airside’, to review a particular area of the passenger journey. Recent ‘deep dives’ have included: policing, security screening, baggage, passenger assistance journeys and Heathrow’s Central Airport Operations Centre (APOC).
